Rental terms
- Stays run from Saturday to Saturday: arrival from 3pm, departure before 10am.
- A deposit of around 33% of the rate, together with the signed contract, confirms the booking.
- The balance is due one month before the start of the stay.
- Local tourist tax of €3.27 per night per guest over 18, payable on arrival.
- A €1,500 security deposit is requested on arrival and returned within one month after the stay.
Frequently asked questions
How many guests can the villa sleep?
Up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms. In every bedroom except the master suite, the single beds can be joined to form a large double bed.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, the pool is heated, so you can swim comfortably in spring and autumn as well as summer.
How far are the beaches?
The beaches and marina of La Londe-les-Maures are a 10-minute drive; Pellegrin and Cabasson (Bormes-les-Mimosas) around fifteen minutes.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the house.
Do you provide baby equipment?
A cot and a high chair are available on request.
Is there parking and an EV charger?
The villa has private gated parking within the estate, and an electric car charger is available as an option.
Is the house suitable for remote working?
Yes: Orange fibre with Wi-Fi over 500 Mb/s and several desk areas, including one with a sea view.
