In the town of La Londe les Maures (Var, France), within the private and gated Valcros estate, Mas Jean Bart is a large architect-designed villa of more than 300 sqm of living space.
Set on 1,800 sqm of terraced grounds, the house offers a large Mediterranean garden, a heated swimming pool and two generous sea-facing terraces. Pellegrin and Cabasson beaches, in Bormes-les-Mimosas, are only a few minutes away by car.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa sleeps 12 guests in five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a shower and a WC.
Both Provencal and contemporary, the Mas is a fully automated smart home, exceptionally well equipped. It enjoys a wide panoramic view over the sea to the south (bay of Hyères, island of Porquerolles) and looks east over the 18-hole Valcros golf course below.
It is ideal for a large multi-generational family, for two or three families with children, or for a group of friends exploring the Var, Provence and the French Riviera from a single base.

An exceptional stay! The villa and the view are even more beautiful than in the photos — the panorama is simply breathtaking. Everything matches the description perfectly, with very high-quality fittings. The owner is friendly and attentive: he checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well, a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. We recommend this villa without hesitation and would gladly come back!
A dream week
This house is superb and the view over Porquerolles is incredible — taking a dip in late October is wonderful! Leisure and work are both possible here. Each family had its own space, every room is comfortable, everything is there to make life easy. The week was far too short to enjoy everything this beautiful house has to offer.
Excellent stay
The perfect house for the family stay we were looking for. Very well laid out and equipped. Quiet, with a splendid view. In late October we were still able to enjoy the pool, which was a big plus. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay: the villa is truly superb and meets every need, for grown-ups and children alike. We were 6 adults and 4 children. The view is simply magnificent. The heated pool is a real plus, especially at a time of year when the sea is still cold. Check-in and check-out were very well organised and communication was excellent. We will definitely be back!
